How TRX22 handles personal data on this site and inside the Nexus Hub extension.
TRX22 Consultoria — CNPJ 60.094.571/0001-64 — headquartered at Avenida Paulista 1106, Bela Vista, São Paulo, BR. We act as the data controller for this website and as a data processor for Nexus Hub deployments inside customer Azure DevOps tenants.
We only collect the form fields you submit on the diagnostic request form: name, role, corporate email, phone (optional), company, team size, platforms in use, challenge description and preferred meeting window.
We do not run third-party analytics or tracking pixels. The site uses a single localStorage entry to remember your language preference.
Nexus Hub processes Azure DevOps work-item text inside your tenant. We do not store, replicate, or copy work-item content outside of Azure DevOps.
Telemetry sent back to TRX22 is limited to anonymous, aggregated counters: extension version, error counts, feature-usage metrics. No work-item content, no user identifiers.
We do not sell your personal data, ever. Limited sharing only with sub-processors essential to delivering the service (email, hosting, payment), all under DPA contracts.
You can request access, correction, deletion or portability of your personal data at any time.
