Yes. Upgrade from Pro to Business mid-cycle and you'll be billed the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current cycle. Changes don't disrupt your Azure DevOps data.

Pro subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancel anytime from the in-app billing portal — access continues through the end of the current billing cycle. Business and Enterprise contracts have refund terms specified in the MSA.
Yes. The extension works with both Azure DevOps Services (cloud) and Azure DevOps Server (on-premises 2022 and later). Pricing is the same.
TRX22 handles all billing through Stripe. Microsoft Marketplace tracks the trial countdown but doesn't process payment. Invoicing, refunds, and account management happen via Stripe Customer Portal or by contacting billing@trx22.com.br.
